Damaged Items

All packages that arrive damaged in transit are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price. Photo evidence is required and a dispute must be opened within 10 days of the arrival date.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item in your package, you will be eligible for a refund, as long as your claim is made within 10 days of the arrival date. 

Tracking information must support any lost package claims, and the customer must open a dispute within 90 days of the original shipment date. A refund will be issued if the package cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe. HYDB does not cover packages that may be lost or stolen if the tracking number has confirmed successful delivery.

Final Sale

All orders that do not apply to the categories above will be considered Final Sale.
